About the Author
Arthur E. Jongsma, Jr., PhD, is the Series Editor for the bestselling PracticePlanners®. Since 1971, he has provided professional mental health services to both inpatient and outpatient clients. He was the founder and Director of Psychological Consultants, a group private practice in Grand Rapids, Michigan, for 25 years. He is the author or co-author of over fifty books and conducts training workshops for mental health professionals around the world.
L. Mark Peterson, ACSW, is Program Manager for Bethany Christian Services’ Residential Treatment and Family Counseling programs in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
William P. McInnis, PsyD, is in private practice with Aspen Psychological Services in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He is coauthor of the bestselling the Adolescent Psychotherapy Treatment Planner and the Adolescent Psychotherapy Progress Notes Planner.

Excellent book

As a school social worker this book has proven invaluable for me. Besides giving a great framework for working with children, many times I know what I'm doing but can not put it down in a few sentences that would fit insurance guidelines as well those of my agency. This book helped me put many of my treatment plans and goals on paper in a satisfactory manner.
I have since bought other books in the Practice Planner series and have not been disappointed.

I'm happy with this treatment planner. It is a good way to design your treatment plans for child therapy clients. It has a lot of evidence based interventions to chose from.

This is book has helped me significantly in treatment planning. If you are a professional who develops and modifies treatment plans often and would like to become more confident in your development and implementation of them, then this book is worth the price tag.
